NOT-A-LOUD is led by Nick Ferenchak -- a professor of civil engineering at the University of New Mexico.

Nick is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Colorado Denver. He has 10+ years of experience focusing on the health and safety of transportation systems.
